Welcome to Hair Minimalist. By accessing or purchasing from hairminimalist.com, you agree to these terms.

Products. We sell luxury raw human hair extensions, bundles, ponytails, and wigs. Because hair is a natural product, slight variation in texture, color, and wave pattern is normal and not a defect. Screen colors may differ slightly from the item received.

Pricing & availability. Prices are in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse/cancel any order, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline. Once shipped, orders are subject to our Shipping and Refund policies.

Custom & made-to-order items. Custom colors and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be cancelled once production begins.

Intellectual property. All content on this site — images, text, logos — is the property of Hair Minimalist and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability. Hair Minimalist is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from product use. Always follow care guidance to preserve your hair.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of California, United States.
