Shipping Policy

Processing time. In-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Custom-colored and made-to-order pieces require at least 7-10 business days to prepare before shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping & delivery. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Estimated delivery after dispatch: United States: 3–7 business days 

Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed; carrier and customs delays are outside our control.

Customs, duties & taxes. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping.

Wrong address. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.

Lost or stolen packages. Once marked delivered by the carrier, Hair Minimalist is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Contact the carrier with your tracking number, and we’ll help however we can.
