Refund & Return Policy

At Hair Minimalist, every piece is inspected before it ships. Because our products are raw human hair and worn directly on the body, we follow strict hygiene standards, and this affects what can be returned.

Final-sale items. For health and hygiene reasons, hair that has been used, worn, washed, brushed, colored, cut, or removed from its original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom-colored and made-to-order pieces are final sale.

Eligible returns. Unopened, unused product in its original, sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, email hello@hairminimalist.com with your order number and reason. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace it or issue a full refund, including shipping.

Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges. We’re happy to help with sizing/length exchanges on eligible (unopened) items subject to availability.
